Bear Lake - Minnetonka Cave

Saturday we got up early and headed for Bear Lake. I have been wanting to take Jonathan up to the Minnetonka Cave ever since we have been married so I figured this would be a perfect time, because our boys are old enough to handle it. I was not sure how amazing it would really be because I had not been thier since grade school. I was pleasently suprised that it was as amazing as I remembered it. We had to go down 444 steps to reach the end, which means we had to go back up 444 steps to get back. We ended up being the first for our group and had to wait about 2 hours before we could go on our tour. We headed back into bearlake where we had lunch and then drove back up. We were the the first to be back for our group in which we were right in front with the tour guide. I felt so bad for him, Taiten talked to him the entire time and had every question and beyond to ask! The boys loved it and so did we it was a really fun day. After that we went and got the famous Bear Lake rasberry shakes and headed for Layton.
